Best Western Plus Wooster Hotel & Conference Center

Nice place with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me find my lost car keys. Highly recommend it for a city trip!

The Housekeepers where amazing, I remember a girl named Brandi she was very polite sweet accommodating. The cleanliness was amazing. I was shocked how busy she was but was still making sure the other workers had what they needed. Perfect!!!

I didn't enjoy the front desk the girl she was very rude. I also witnessed a boss the GM screaming at her workers as if they were peons. I never seen such sadness that day. The woman should not be allowed to speak to anyone the way she did. So sad!

Generally, really enjoyed this well-maintained and charming accommodation with CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS staff in the supposed general manager. The location was central, adjacent to local shops and eateries, and the nicest downtown area. Furthermore, in the center of town.

The hotel smelled musty when walking into the lobby. The key cards didn't work properly so it would take a dozen swipes to get into the room. The elevator felt unsafe and the air conditioning g didn't work in the first room we were in so we had to move. The same thing happened when we stayed at your hotel two years ago. The hotel had a shabby feeling overall. I expected more after readi g the hotel had been renovated.

The breakfast was great for what was on offer, with several hot items, waffles, sausage.

Close to several shops and stores friendly staff.

room was light and quiet. parking convenient. restaurants nearby.

No on site bar and none nearby.

Housekeeper on third floor was excellent.

No bacon Bar was closed

Staff was friendly and accommodating and facility was very clean and comfortable.

Had issues with access to room even though staff provided several different keys.

Appeared to be short staffed, phones not functioning at times and 1 person on duty for much of our stay she was very helpful, but very busy.

This BW is updating the rooms and has updated the dining and bar. They will be updating the lobby. The staff was very helpful and experienced. Very nice in the heart of Wooster. Walking distance to all the neat shops and restaurants in Downtown.

The hotel is close to great outdoor activities, like hiking at nearby trails and enjoying picnic areas. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was generous. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the billiards option too!

One small downside was the lack of grab bars in the tub shower, which could have made it safer.
